With 20+ years of commercial and marketing experience working with brands including L’Oréal and Sainsbury’s, Del helps ambitious women create smarter, more sustainable growth through connected marketing, aligned sales and stronger business strategy.
A Chartered Marketer, Certified Mastercoach and psychology graduate, she blends commercial insight, marketing expertise and mindset coaching to help founders scale with more clarity, confidence and direction without building a business completely dependent on them.
