Del is a Chartered Marketer and Certified Mastercoach, with a degree in psychology and ILM in Leadership and Management.  Founder of Del Parsons Coaching, and Podcast Host of ‘More Than Marketing’ she is ‘The No-Nonsense Business Coach and Marketing Mentor’, on a mission to give business owners and founders the skills, confidence and self-belief to sell with confidence.

 

Having spent over 20 years working in agencies with clients including; L’Oreal, Sainsbury’s and Compare the Market… Del is now driven by her passion to ensure that every business owner and founder can get good at the marketing and selling ‘stuff’ in order to build a long term profitable business.

 

Having learnt the art of selling from a young age working in her Auntie’s shop and feeling the power of customer service and connection, Del, a natural communicator, was always set for this path. Her blend of brand marketing work and her own ventures as a founder into entrepreneurship combine, to provide a powerful mentor for her clients.

 

She knows how to manage budgets and to create stand out marketing, and also how it feels to be stunted by self doubt and questioning yourself and your worth, something many founders find a barrier to marketing.

Where & when is the event? 

The Marketing & Sales Summit is on Thursday 26th June 2025 and will be held at Voco in Central Manchester

What are the event timings? 

You can arrive from 8.30am where there'll be be breakfast pastries, tea and coffee and an opportunity for you to mooch around our exhibition stands and network with other attendees. We will start at 9.30am and will wrap up by 5.30pm.

I'm just starting out in business - will this event be suitable for me? 

Yes absolutely! Even if you're just starting out on your entrepreneurial journey, there'll be loads of actionable advice and information you can take away and implement so that you can grow your audience and secure your first few paying clients and really kick start your business journey!

I have an established business - is this event suitable? 

Of course! Whether you've been in business for a couple of years or for over 10 years there'll be plenty of insights and expert advice for you to take away. If you know that there's improvements to be made in your marketing and selling then this is for you!. The important thing at any event isn't necessarily what you'll learn it's about committing to taking action thereafter. 

What kind of business owners will be there?

This event is open to all sorts of businesses, including coaches, consultants and other experts. Whether you work in marketing and own a small agency or if you're a founder of a product or tech-based business you'll be welcome at this event. 

How many people will be there

We're limiting the event to 100 people to ensure an optimal environment for learning, connection and networking. 

Will there be time for networking and connecting with other attendees? 

Absolutely! Part of attending any event is to make sure that you meet and connect with new people. There will be time to meet and chat with other attendees, speakers and exhibitors in between sessions and during lunch. 

Will all the speakers be at the event?

Yes! All the speakers will be in the building AND you'll have the opportunity to ask questions. As this event is limited to 100 attendees you'll have unique and unlimited access to learn from the speakers which would normally cost you £1000s for their advice!

How accessible is the event?

We have taken time to choose a suitable venue that supports our attendees with a range of needs.

 

  • Accessible parking is available at the hotel (pre-notified only). Picadilly Bus Station is a 6 minute walk away and Manchester Picadilly Station is 0.8km away with plenty of taxis available at the rank. 
  • Accessibility is fundamental to the design of the entire hotel.
