Before setting up her business in 2017, Del spent 20 years working and climbing the ladder in successful and award-winning marketing agencies. Having responsibility for multi million pound budgets for clients such as L'Oreal, Sainsbury's and Compare The Market she runs multiple successful 7-figure businesses in services and property alongside her husband Craig. 

Nicola grew up as an only child in a council house in Birmingham. She didn’t really enjoy school and left at 16. She landed a job in a bank and as a young mum, progressed her career within the bank. After 20 years building her career and persuing happiness and founded Peakes Private Members Club and is the creator of Peakefest!

A former PR director with 2 decades of big brand experience, Fay worked as Sir Richard Branson’s head of global PR for 3 years cooking up stunts to grab news headlines before setting up her business in 2022 after being made redundant.  Fay is an amazing copywriter and now works alongside coaches and consultants helping them to build out their sales funnels and generate leads. She has 2 young kids and lives in Sussex with her husband, Chris and Golden Retriever, Sid.
